Colorado Texting
I agree with this article texing and driving is very dangerous. But there is really no way to tell if people are texting and driving unless people admit it. It's became a big part of our culture today and now people could really never stop people from texting and driving. Some people think that this law is stupid and inoficient. People think that texting and driving is just as dangerous as eating fast food or calming down a crying baby.

I partly agree with you. It would be a difficult task for a police officer to catch someone using a phone but it can happen. Also, people will be more likely to think about the consequences of driving while using a cellphone, laws are there for a reason.
